Train Like A Pro With A Pro. "Competition prep without the show", is a 6-week, 3x per week program designed to strengthen and tighten muscles, create muscular symmetry, increase muscular endurance and reduce body fat percentage through high volume weight training, nutritional guidance and accountability.

This is a remote program that can be done in home or at your local gym. You will receive access to instructional videos showing each workout for the day.

The Program includes initial phone call to go over your body composition numbers, nutrition program and to set goals. A Fitness Professional will assess your weekly progress and adjust your program as needed.
