Included in your Initial Assessment:
- Submaximal Fitness Testing: We will walk you through physical activity whose intensity increases at regular intervals up to but never exceeding 85 percent of your maximum heart rate.
- One-on-One time with a personal trainer to review your results and recommend the best fitness course that will work for YOU as well as answer any questions you may have.
