One-on-One

Are you just starting your fitness journey?

Our Certified Personal Trainers will work one-on-one with you with personalized workouts catered to your specific needs.  

35 minute sessions for a single individual
45 minute sessions available for two individuals wanting to work out together,  second person will receive half off the sessions.

Nutrition

Do you struggle with a healthy relationship with food?

We will teach you how to design your meals in support of your body composition goals.

5th Gear Fitness offers custom macro-nutrient coaching based on each client's individual metabolic needs to help our members achieve a healthy relationship with food.

One-on-one grocery shopping and meal prep assistance is also offered as a supporting service.

Twelve 30 minute Personal Training sessions is perfect for you if you have been in PARK for too long, or you've been 

JACKED-UP due to injury, or you want to SUPE-UP your current program. Renewable upon request.
