Tabitha Frazier

NCEP Certified Personal Trainer

Tabitha’s fitness journey began nearly two decades ago after struggling to lose weight and regain a healthy lifestyle post childbirth. She faced many obstacles while attempting to reach her fitness and weight loss goals both physically and emotionally. Through extensive research, which led to permanent lifestyle changes, Tabitha found the key to success through proper nutrition and exercise. After achieving her 60 pound weight loss goal, she was left feeling dissatisfied with her appearance due to remaining excess skin from fat loss. She also experienced muscle weakness and low back pain from an abdominal muscle separation, called diastasis recti.

Upon the advice of several plastic surgeons, Tabitha successfully underwent surgery which consisted of a full abdominoplasty and muscle repair. Because of her over 60 pound weight loss, recovery was faster than normal, and her back pain was alleviated. She thought this surgery was the finishing touch on her long-awaited journey, but it turned out to be the beginning of something very special.

Her experience with extensive research, and working with a wide variety of trainers and medical professionals was so extraordinary that she was inspired to become a certified personal trainer and pursue a degree in Exercise Science. Now she can empathetically help others reach their goals! Having been a part of the military community for over 20 years, Tabitha recognizes the challenges of balancing family, work, and fitness. She looks forward to helping others reach their goals, especially those who believe their goals are unattainable.
