4TH GEAR CLASS PLAN

3 days/week + Saturdays. 28 credits/mo based on avg of 2 classes/day. 

  • Max of 2 Pilates Reformer/Functional Flex class credits/week. 
  • No rollover credits. 
  • Initial assessment, BIMONTHLY eval & INBODY included.

3RD GEAR CLASS PLAN

2 days/wk + Saturdays. 20 credits/mo based on avg of 2 classes/day.

  • Max of 1 Pilates Reformer/Functional Flex class credit/wk. 
  • No rollover credits. 

  • Initial assessment, QUARTERLY eval & INBODY included.

2ND GEAR CLASS PLAN

1 day/wk + Saturdays. 12 credits/mo based on avg of 2 classes/day. 

  • Max 1 Pilates Reformer/Functional Flex class credit/wk. 
  • No rollover credits. 
  • Initial Assessment & INBODY included.

1ST GEAR CLASS PLAN

1 day/wk Mon-Fri. 8 credits/mo based on avg of 2 classes/day. 

  • Excludes Pilates/Reformer/Functional Flex classes and Saturday classes. 
  • No rollover credits. 
  • Initial assessment included.
